Denela 5% Cream 1x5g with Dressings contains two medicines called lidocaine and prilocaine. These belong to a group of medicines called local anaesthetics.
Denela cream works by numbing the surface of the skin for a short time. It is put on the skin before certain medical procedures to help stop pain on the skin.
This pack contains 1x5g tube of Denela 5% Cream and 2 dressings.

Can be used to numb the skin before:

• Having a needle put in (for example, if you are having an injection or a blood test)
• Minor skin operations.
• Some types of skin graft.
• Cleansing or debridement of leg ulcers.

Directions of use:
Squeeze half of the tube in a mound on the skin. Do not rub or spread out. Take one dressing and packaging and as you apply over the cream peel away backing. Smooth out the edges carefully. Apply at least 60 minutes before doing anything to the area. Your doctor or nurse will remove the dressing before they do the medical procedure.

Ingredients:
Each gram of cream contains 2.5mg of lidocaine and 2.5mg of prilocaine.
Also contains: Macrogolglycerol hydroxysteararte, Carbomer, Sodium hydroxide and Purified water.
