DebrisoftPad, is used to remove debris effectively, simply and rapidly, which is virtually painless. The monafilament fibre technology helps to remove bacteria and biofilm from a wound.

Indications

• Diabetic ulcers.
• Traumatic wounds, including abrasion, lacerations and incisions.
• Burns and scalds.
• Suitable for dry, parchment-like, damaged skin.

Directions
Debridement procedure:

1. Open the packaging at the designated place.
2. Soak Debrisoft Pad with water or saline
3. Apply with gentle pressure, wipe using the soft fiber side of the thoroughly moistened Debrisoft Pad.

Following debridement, standard treatment for the condition should be continued.

Also observe the following for wounds

1. Remove the existing wound dressing prior to debridement.
2. Please use another Debrisoft Pad for the surrounding skin.

Precautions:

1. Debrisoft Pad must not be left on the wound.
2. The product must not be used in case of known intolerance or an allergy against the one of more of it constituents.
3. Debrisoft Pad must not be cut to size.
