Covonia Dry and Tickly cough medicine contains the active ingredient Glycerol BP 1.36g, glycerol works by coating the back of the throat to soothe a sore throat and relieve the symptoms of a dry and tickly unproductive cough.

• For dry irritating and tickly coughs.
• Soothes a sore throat.
• Non drowsy.
• Contains glycerol.

Also available from the Covonia range that includes cough mixtures, lozenges, cold and flu remedies.

Directions of use:
Shake the bottle.
Take the solution by mouth.
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take 2 x 5ml spoonfuls when required.
Children over 1 year: Take 1 x 5ml spoonful when required.

Do Not give to children under 1 year of age unless your doctor tells you to.

Warnings:
Not suitable for diabetics.
Contains 1.7g of sucrose and 0.3g liquid glucose per 5ml to be taken into account in people with diabetes. If you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.
This medicine also contains small amounts of ethanol (alcohol), less than 100mg per 10ml dose.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children
If you notice any side effects, stop using the product and tell your doctor or pharmacist.
If you accidently take too much see a doctor straight away. Take the medicine pack with you to show what medicine you have swallowed.

Pregnant or breastfeeding:
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using Covonia dry and tickly cough linctus if you are pregnant, might be pregnant or are breastfeeding.
