Directions for Use:
Heat treatment: Place flat in microwave for 15-25 seconds. Shake immediately after heating and using.
Cold treatment: For hay fever, inflammation, headaches and migraines. Place mask in a plastic bag and leave in freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply to eyes until symptoms ease.
Never wet or wash face mask. Wipe with a damp cloth.
Treatment of eye conditions: Use 7-10 minutes twice a day for 2 weeks.
