The Clinique brand was first launched in 1968 with a skin care and makup range featuring allergy tested and fragrance free products, historically the first of it's kind. Part of parent company Estee Lauder, Clinique's emphasis has always been to address and cater for different skin types and needs.

Clinique released their first fragrance Aromatics Elixir in 1971 which is still going strong today spanning the generation gap. Building on this hit Clinique released Happy in 1997 which to date is their best selling fragrance leading to a version for men and a number of spin offs.
