Gucci

Guccio Gucci was born in Italy in 1881 and opened his first boutique in Florence in 1921. He travelled back to Florence after a stint working at the Savoy Hotel in London, where taking inspiration from the wealthy travellers he had seen, he sought to make elegant goods drawing from the rich history of Florentine craftsmanship.

Gucci fast made a name for their equestrian themed quality leather goods, they're still very much a status symbol today.

Starting out in the perfume market in 1974 Gucci have released a series of legendary perfumes, often equal in appeal to their fashion accessories.
