Directions for Use:
Adults and children over 12: Swallow 1 tablet daily, with a meal.

Cautions:

• Keep out of sight and reach of children.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Prolonged use of Vitamin D over an excessive period can cause a high level of calcium to be retained in the body (hypercalcaemia), which can weaken bones and damage the kidneys and heart.
• Adults, pregnant and breastfeeding women, the elderly, and children aged 11 to 17 years should avoid taking more than 100 micrograms (4,000 IU) of vitamin D per day, as this may be potentially harmful.
  Levels above this recommended level should be under Medical Supervision.
• Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are breast feeding, pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are taking prescribed medicines.
• Store in a cool dry place. Replace cap and turn until a click is heard.
