Urticalcin tablets contain Stinging Nettle, calcium salts and silica to help bone fractures, osteoporosis and hair and nail growth

Directions for use:
Children 2-6 years: 1/2 tablet 3 times daily.
Children 6-12 years: 1 tablet 3 times daily.
This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
Adults: Place 2 tablets under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly 3 times daily half an hour before eating.
