A. Vogel Po-Ho Oil 10ml helps alleviate the symptoms of colds and flu. The name comes from po-ho, Mandarin for peppermint, one of the five essential oils in this.

A. Vogel Po-Ho Oil can be rubbed on as an oil or inhaled and includes a mixture of purely natural essential oils.

Precautions:
Po-Ho Oil cannot be used as nose drops or as a nasal spray. Avoid contact with the eyes and sensitive skin and wash hands thoroughly should they come into contact with the oil.
