How to use:
For External Use Only
Dosage: 10 sprays deliver 75mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
Spray between five and ten sprays evenly around your body and thoroughly massage the product into your skin. The best time to apply it is after a shower or bath, as your skin will be warm and your pores will be open, which helps with absorption.
