Directions for Use:
On initial use depress pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before use and carefully spray into your mouth, onto the inside of the cheek and hold for a few seconds. Take 4 sprays daily, together or separately.

For children under 12 years old consider using BetterYou Iron Daily Oral Spray as the dosage is lower.
