Directions for use:
Mix 30ml of concentrated juice with 240ml water. You can also add it to apple juice, a smoothie or natural yoghurt. To use as salad dressing either drizzle neat over salad, or mix with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Cautions and warnings:
Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate. Drinking beetroot juice may turn urine pink. This is perfectly normal.
