Suitable for adults and children 6+ years old.
For a blocked nose caused by allergic rhinitis, cold and sinusitis spray 2 to 3 times a day for 1-3 seconds in each nostril.
Can be used up to 6 times a day. Suitable for long term use, up to 2 months, in case of chronic rhinosinusitis & allergic rhinitis.

Tile your head to one side and gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Press the nozzle once firmly for 1-3 seconds and let the solution act for a few seconds.
Repeat with the other nostril and then blow your nose gently.
Wash the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry properly.

Cautions:

• Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
• To avoid contamination, this nasal spray should only be used by one person.
• Temporary tingling may occur during use.
• Do not use if broken or damaged.
• If nasal symptoms persist for more that 10 days consult a healthcare professional.
• Store out of sight and reach of children.
