Instructions for Cold use:
Place gel bead migraine wrap in a plastic bag and freeze for at least 30 minutes or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved.

Warning:
Do not apply frozen beads directly onto skin (use the fabric side).
For adult use only, not suitable for children under 36 months.
Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time.
Do not fall asleep using the migraine wrap.
Do not apply on sensitive skin and or on open wounds.
External use only.
o not puncture the migraine wrap or ingest contents.
Carefully check the product before each use and discard if punctured worn or damaged.
Keep out of the reach of children.

Gel bead filling contains a non-toxic, pliable mix of water and glycerin.
Backing: 100% polyester. Front:100% PVC.
Surface clean with a damp cloth or sponge.
Do not immerse in water.
