Calming blend to help calm, relax and de-stress your mind and senses: lavender, rose and plamarosa.

Directions for Use:
Ultrasonic Diffuser: Add 3-4 drops to the recommended water volume.
Massage Oil: Add 5 drops for every 10ml of base oil before massaging into the skin.
Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to hot water, tissue or handkerchief.
Hot Bath: Add 5-10 drops to a base oil and add to your full bath.
Hot/Cold Compress: Add 2-3 drops to a small bowl of water. Stir and soak the cloth. Wring and apply.
Facial Steam: Add 1-5 drops to hot water and stir. Cover your head with a towel and lean your face over the steaming bowl. Close eyes and inhale deeply through your nose for 1-2 minutes. Repeat 2-4 times as necessary.
