A more recent addition to Armani's collection, launched in 2010 Acqua Di Gioia is said to take inspiration from Armani's own experiences on seaside holidays in Antigua and the Mediterranean.

There is certainly an air of the aquatic to this fragrance which has an incredible freshness. This notion is echoed by the bottle design recalling a water droplet, clean and crystal clear.

As you encounter the top notes you are drawn deeper into Armani's vision of a summery escape with refreshing mojito flavours of mint and lemon. A spicy floral blend resides in the heart where feminine tones of peony and jasmine interweave with a kick of pink pepper. The base displays distinctly Mediterranean flavours of cedar and labdanum fleshing out the scene further.
