Direction of use:- Pour 200 - 350ml of cold water into a glass or Almased shaker. Alternatively, you can also use low-fat milk, unsweetened soya or almond milk.
- As an option, you can add 2tsps of essential oils rich in omega-3 fatty acids. We recommend rapeseed, olive, linseed or walnut oil.
- Add the correct individual portion amount of Almased powder. A standard portion of 50g* equates to approx. 5 heaped tablespoons. Stir well, shake or mix.
