Medicare Shower Sleeve helps to keep your injuries dry whilst bathing or showering.
This Shower Sleeve is the easy way to keep your injuries dry and protected during showering. The design means that it may be used on many different parts of the body including the arms, legs, feet and hands. It can be used to cover gauze, adhesive pads, casts and IV's.
It is not designed to be submerged into water.

Directions for Use:
For arm or leg:
Slip the injured arm or leg into Shower Sleeve.
Depress the button on fastener and pull drawstring to the tension needed, then release button. Repeat on opposite end.
Adjust to ensure moisture does not penetrate the seal. Injury should be completely covered by Shower Sleeve and both ends sealed tight to the skin prior to entering shower. Be careful not to over-tighten especially if patient has known or suspected circulation problems.
For hand or foot:
Select the end that will not be sealed tight to the skin.
Pull the drawstring tight to form a closed tip.
Twist the tip in a clockwise direction and wrap the drawstring tight around the twisted tip.
Secure closure by knotting the drawstring.
After use:
After showering hang Shower Sleeve to air dry for next use.

Caution:
  • Plastic bags can cause suffocation.
  • Keep this product out of the reach of children.
  • Do not permit children to play with product and do not use product in or near cribs, playpens or carriages.
  • Product not designed to be submerged into water.
