Linoforce is a traditional herbal remedy used for the short-term relief of constipation. A. Vogel Linoforce Granules contain a combination of whole linseed, senna and frangula which are all known for exerting a gentle laxative effect.
Whole linseeds are rich in insoluble fibre and help by bulking out stools encouraging bowel movement.
Senna and frangula work by gently stimulating the muscles of the bowel to support movement.

Directions of use:
Take 1 level measuring spoon (spoon provided inside) alongside a glass of water or juice, it is best not to chew the seeds but to swallow them straight down with the help of some liquid.
Taking some liquid alongside Linoforce granules helps you to swallow them down without the need to chew them, but also, drinking enough liquids is also a really important factor when it comes to constipation.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, suffering from severe dehydration or if you have difficulty swallowing or have throat problems. Linoforce isn't suitable in conjunction with medicines for heart conditions, diuretics, medicines to slow the contractions of the bowel, adrenocorticosteroids, liquorice root, or for people with a kidney disorder. if there is no bowel movement after 3 days, or if you have persistent abdominal pain or are passing blood, please consult your doctor.
You should also talk to your doctor if you notice any sudden, unexplained changes in your bowel movements or if you find you are relying on laxatives long-term.

This product contains 480mg of sucrose per measuring spoon (4.1g).
