Vega Iron Bisglycinate formula contains iron in a specially chelated form to increase bio-absorption, ultilisation and effectiveness of the mineral and also minimise side effects.

Iron in the Bisglycinate form is less likely to cause constipation and gastric upset than other forms of Iron. Many women suffer from Iron-deficient anaemia, particularly women of a child bearing age. Recent research suggests that a subclinical Iron deficiency may impair cognitive function.
