Spatone is a 100% natural iron-rich water that naturally occurs in Snowdonia, North Wales. It is collected, filtered and packaged directly at the source. There are no added ingredients or preservatives in the original Spatone liquid iron product.

Our body absorbs 40% of iron from Spatone water which is considerably higher than the amount we absorb from food, which is around 5-10%. Iron absorption is very important as it is the mineral that transports oxygen all around the body and helps to produce new cells, hormones, neurotransmitters and amino acids in the body.
