Fluoride

Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral compound which helps to prevent tooth decay by strengthening tooth enamel. It is an ingredient commonly found in most toothpastes and mouth washes. However, it also comes in a supplementary tablet or drops called Endekay which is formulated primarily for children who are lacking fluoride in their diet (typically through drinking water).
