Suggested daily intake:
Adults and children 5 years and over - 4 capsules a day with food or drink.
Children 2-5 years - 2 - 4 capsules per day with food or drink.
If you are taking this product for the first time the dosage should be doubled in the first 12 weeks. This initial high daily intake is recommended to help optimize the body's store of important nutrients.
