Dentinox Teething Gel is a second line treatment to help relieve teething pain, soothe baby's gum when teethers and massaging fails.
Dentinox sugar free teething gel contains Lidocaine & Cetylpyridinium, a local anaesthetic that numb pain and an antiseptic for minor mouth wounds and infections. Suitable for babies from 5 months of age.

This is a second line treatment - please confirm in the medical questionnaire if you have already tired non-medicated methods such as massaging gums or the use of teething rings.

Suitable for babies from 5 months old.
Apply a pea size blob of gel to a clean fingertip and spread gently onto the sore area of the gum. If required repeat after 3 hours.
Do not use more than 6 times in one day (24 hours).
Only use for a long as required to relieve symptoms. Do not use for more than 7 days for each teething episode.
If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days consult a healthcare professional.

Cautions:

• Not suitable for babies under 5 months old.
• Do not use if allergic or hypersensitive to any of the listed ingredients below.
• Seek medical action if any adverse reaction occurs eg rash or swelling.
• Consult your doctor/pharmacist before use if any other medication have or are being taken, including non-prescription items.
• Do not use at the same time as other products containing lidocaine.
• Consult your doctor before use if intolerant to some sugars.
• Contains small amounts of ethanol, less than 100mg per dose.
• Do not store above 25°C.
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients: Lidocaine Hydrochloride 0.33% w/w and Cetylpyridinium Chloride 0.10% w/w.
Other ingredients: Sorbitol Solution 70% (non-crystallising),
Xylitol, Ethanol, Glycerol, Hydroxethylcellulose, Polyoxyl 40 Hydrogenated Castor Oils, Pharmaceutical Liquid Flavour, Hydroxypolyethoxydodecane, Macrogol 300, Sodium Saccharin, Caramel (E150), Levomenthol, Purified Water.
