Fill the inhaler with hot water (not boiling) to the maximum line in the cup.
Then add Vicks VapoRub.
Twist on the top cover tightly.

Precautions:
Keep the inhalator upright at all times when filled and keep a safe distance from the steam.
Do not use whilst lying down.
Do not reheat the water in the inhalator at any time.
