Covonia Herbal Mucus Cough Syrup Contains extracts of liquorice, ipecacuanha and squill which belong to a group of medicines known as expectorants. They help to remove phlegm in people with chesty coughs and colds.

Age:	Dosage For Covonia Herbal Mucus Cough Syrup:
For adults, the elderly and children over the age of 12 years:	2 x 5ml spoonfuls to be taken every 4 hours if required, but not more than 4 doses in any 24 hours.

Ingredients:
Active Ingredients per 5ml: Ipecacuanha Liquid Extract 0.0076ml, Liquorice Liquid Extract 0.125ml, Squill Oxymel 0.78ml
Also contains: Ethanol, Sucrose, Alcohol 2.9 vol%, Sucrose 2.3g per 5ml.

The other ingredients per 5ml are: Pumilio Pine Oil, Capsicum Tincture (Capsicum Oleoresin), Ethanol, Chloroform, Diethyl Ether, Arrowroot, Menthol, Peppermint Oil, Anise Oil, Sucrose, Black Treacle and Purified Water.
